Throughout her professional journey, Jessica has successfully founded and sold multiple companies, all with a focus on female empowerment and representation. Her passion for female empowerment shines through in Symple Seeds as well, with a 97% female workforce. Jessica is particularly proud of having a 100% female middle management layer, of first generation managers.
A decade ago, Jessica’s life took an exciting turn when a holistic health practitioner recommended cannabis to help her manage insomnia and stress. This was during the Prop 215 era when options for first-time patients were limited. Fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit and determination, Jessica seized the opportunity to create a solution. She established Luxe Holistics, a high-end female-focused dispensary and delivery service offering a curated selection of female-focused cannabis products.
Driven by a desire to ensure consistency and reliability in the industry, Jessica’s focus shifted to cultivating cannabis at home for personal use. Serendipity struck when she crossed paths with the owner of a prominent cannabis seed import and distribution company at MJBIz Con in 2017. This encounter marked a turning point in her journey, propelling her into the world of seed distribution.
Today, Jessica’s company serves as a leading supplier for cannabis seed companies, catering to the growing demand for safe and reliable home cultivation. In 2022 alone, her company dispatched nearly 300,000 individual orders to passionate home growers across the nation. With a commitment to quality and a deep understanding of the industry, Jessica has cemented herself as a trusted figure within the cannabis community.
At 40 years old, Jessica embraces her singularity and radiates confidence in her abilities. Recently, she made a bold move, relocating to Florida to open a second 20,000 square-foot warehouse location.
