Resha Kreischer
Resha Kreischer is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across education, research, and technology industries. She currently serves as the Acting Chief Operating Officer, at Symple Logistics. In this role, she leverages her expertise in executive leadership, operations, and strategic planning to optimize and position the business for the future.
Resha oversees Symple’s human resource team, customer and client services, client acquisition and onboarding, supply chain & special projects, warehouse operations, production and inventory and the wholesale program.
Resha also owns Archon Executive Group, a company providing full-time and fractional consulting services to businesses experiencing short or long-term gaps in their executive and management teams.
Prior to her current role, Resha served as the Director of Revenue Insights & Strategy and National Solution Architect at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in Boston. Before joining Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Resha served as the Senior Director of Research at K12 Insight located in Virginia. Resha was also a Coordinator of Research and Data Analysis for the Frederick County Public Schools (Maryland) and Adjunct Professor at Hood College, where she taught in the Graduate School of Education.
In 2021, Resha obtained a Sales Operation Science Certification from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology & Quantitative Methods from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
Resha grew up in northwest Ohio and now resides in southern California.
